Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Shipping Information

We, at Blackpearlgoddess.com, are confident that our quality pearl jewelry will meet or exceed your expectation. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a 30-day, no fuss return on all purchases.

As a courtesy to other customers, returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Item(s) including its jewelry box(es) must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Item(s) damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
2. The Original Invoice must accompany the returned item.
3. Returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
4. No Returns can be made after a period of sixty (60) days after purchase.

Notice regarding Credit Card and Paypal Account Purchases:

Your credit card will be debited for the price of your purchase and any applicable taxes at the time of sale.

·  Return Deliveries: Please email us at the blackpearlgoddess.com before you return your purchase with details of the product you intend to return.

·  Please return the purchased item and a copy of your receipt to the Black Pearl Goddess P.O. Box address on your invoice.

·  All returns must be packaged carefully to prevent damage when shipping.

·  Shipping must be by insured mail covering the full value of the purchase at the time of purchase.

·  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

·  All items including the jewelry box/pouch must be returned. Failure to do so will incur a $10 fee.

·  A 15% re-stocking charge will apply if returns are received after 30 days (but before 60 days) of purchase.

·  No returns are acceptable after 60 days from purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

·  Extended Holiday Return: Items purchased between Nov. 21 and Dec. 6 may be returned any time before Jan. 6 with no restocking fee.

·  Notification of Credit: Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, you will be notified by email.

·  Refunds will only be made to the Credit Card or payment method used at the time of purchase. This Credit Card will be credited within 10 business days on condition that the returned merchandise meets all the above-mentioned return requirements. Credit Card Companies vary on the time they take for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
